  • Al Waasi is the opposite of constriction or difficulty. His power, generosity, mercy and knowledge are infinite. He encompasses you with His love and care, beyond what you can imagine. Keeping yourself in check is extremely easy if you live by this name. How? Well, remind yourself of Al Waasi before you sin, remind yourself of Al Waasi when you feel helpless because there is nothing which He can’t do. He can give you the “impossible” even when the whole creation wants you to believe otherwise. No matter how many times you’ve sinned, if you sincerely repent, He will take you back into His mercy for He says, “My punishment – I afflict with it whom I will, but My mercy encompasses (wasi`at) all things.” (Quran, 7:156). So it’s not too late to turn back to Him, it’s not too late to seek His help, it’s not too late to seek His blessings because He encompasses everything

The Furqaan separates the truth (Haqq) from falsehood (Baatil) and through it Allah made the truth known to mankind. When the primary reason for the union is religiosity, then each helps the other worship Allah in their lives together and marriage becomes “half of the religion” as Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said. Furthermore, when the couple remember Allah and worship Him by doing and helping each other do what is pleasing to Him, then and only then do the experience this tranquility. For Allah Almighty said, “It is only with the remembrance of Allah that hearts find rest.”
